Greetings, universe!

I am a media and advertising scholar, writer, and educator. As of January 2026, I have joined the permanent faculty of Temple University Japan Campus Kyoto. It's a monumental step in my life, but one that I felt was coming... and necessary.

My work explores the intersections of media, advertising, and degrowth within the broader field of communication ecology. To that end, I am working to develop the Communication, Ecology and Degrowth (CEDe) Project... among other things.
